Located at 228 Front Street in New York City, with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge, Jeremy's Ale House enjoys the reputation of being one of the most interesting restaurant/bars in the City. Bras and ties hang from the rafters, donated by patrons and representing a milestone in the person's life. (new job, retirement, wedding, etc.). The establishment enjoys the reputation of being one of the ten best places to meet on a Friday night. The patrons are from all walks of life; at any time you will meet Wall Street Brokers chatting side by side with Fulton Fish Mongers, construction workers and secretaries.
All food is purchased fresh daily, and ranges from $1.25 to $7.95. Fresh Calamari is the signature dish and has been voted the best in New York. Jeremy's personal favorite is the fish and chips; A fresh flounder served with cole-slaw and French fries. Besides seafood, there is an assortment of meat and diet dishes ranging from ostrich burgers to steak sandwiches and chicken breast salad. A full bar is available, but the specialty is beer. There are 21 beers on draft served in 2 pint containers for the serious beer drinker, and pint glasses for those in training.
